My Goals:
To embrace what life brings my way
My Program:
Counting calories while being mindful of my nutrition. Trying to be as active as possible which most times involves getting up around 5 am and either walking or using my weights.
Personal Information:
Originally from Long Island NY, my kids and I moved to Pennsylvania back in August 1988. My husband and I are 'empty nesters' and we became Grandparents for the first time in January 2012! We now have 6 grandchildren (#7 arriving in September 2019). I love to hike, workout, write, watch movies and study all things Spiritual.
Other Information:
My favorite all-time movie is "Somewhere in Time" with Jane Seymour/Christopher Reeves. "Grumpy Old Men", "Under the Tuscan Sun" and "Baby Boom" "Murphys Romance" and "A Woman of Independent Means" are at the top of my list. The older I get, the more important it is for me to laugh so I try to keep all my entertainment on the light/romantic/comedic side.
