Introduction Text Hi, I've been out of the Spark scene for a while but have returned. My doctor told me I needed to lose weight and exercise. I tried doing it on my own without keeping any records of what I ate or how much I exercised but that doesn't seem to be working for me. So here I am back to SP. It worked before and I know it can work again for me.

To lose enough weight so I can wear normal sizes, not x sizes.

I am a member of TOPS(Take Off Pounds Sensibly) and currently the weight recorder. Walk 1 1/2 to 3 miles a day 5 x a week.
