Hi there,

I started here years ago, on another account and have returned. Started Fresh!I lost a lot of weight from here before so when you hit rock bottom again you return to what you know. Haven't been back in a long time. But unfortunately weight has snuck back up on me and I am a place I don't want to be. Enough is enough. I hit that bottom place, where clothes don't fit, feel fat and ugly in everything I wear, dressing in layers no matter the temperature to hide bulges. Getting heavier, and sluggish and more out of shape. So here I am starting a new chapter...one I am in control of and am the heroine in...this is my story... it starts now.

*Update, I am really trying and its paying off. I am eating better, taking my vitamins, drinking lots and lots of water, making good choices, tracking things and pushing myself every time I work out. I push for that sweat! I also made my self accountable by taking a quick pic of myself on my workouts so I will be able to see just what a Year or more looks like...not just on the scale, or in clothes but results and hard work!

I am 5"9 and half and 40 Years Young :)

* Done- 238- weigh in Take my before Pics

* Done- lose 10 pnds - Treat yourself

* Done-Lose another 10 pnds- Treat yourself

* Done-Lose another 10- Celebrate with little treat!

Hit 200 Mark - Take more pics (during weight loss) Treat time!

Lose another 10 pnds & really tone (take more pic) treat yourself to new clothes!!

Lost another 10pnds & take more pics!) clothes treat!

* Once I have lost a total of 50 or 55 Pounds...going to celebrate a nice dinner with my husband. ( Date night out to mark accomplishment)
* Sign up for a 10k to see if I got my speed up.

* Goal to keep the weight off this winter will be biggest challenge!!!






Personal Information:
Become happier with myself, what I accomplish, what I see in the mirror, what I feel like and make my family proud of me too!
Inspire them , as they inspire me! I have the best reasons in the world to make all this better!
