Thanks for the info on carbs and white bread.
I eat only gluten free wheat bread if I eat any, I usually do not have bread on a weekly basis only once in a while for a turkey sandwich.
I am sure the Dr. will give me a diet or have me continue to eating healthy. I give her my print outs of my weekly nutrition here from Sparks along with my FIT BIT exercise for every month
.I feel I eat healthy and give her reports every time I see her.
I think my old body is getting tired and some parts are not working as good as they could.
Hubby is diabetic with Type 2 and so I know what he can and cannot have he told me it is more of an issue with the pancreas not working correctly.
Hope you have a great week and feel well. In my prayers as always.

We got about an inch and a half here at the house and none in town but we are at 1700 feet and the city is only 500 feet above sea level.
Snow now through mid week so will see how much more we get, it is in the low 20.s each night so nothing melts we do not get above freezing during the day.
Hope you have a great Sunday.

Hope your having a good weekend. It is chilly here with the wind making it feel a lot colder than it really is. Anew cold front moving in this week starting Sunday so this week I will be staying home and doing my exercise DVD's.
I have a Dr appointment on Friday to go over the lab tests. We will see what she wants me to do. I feel I am eating pretty good with no junk only fresh foods and no processed foods at all.
Hubby is cooking a very lean flat iron steak on the grill for dinner, I will have a small portion for protein along with asparagus for my veggie.
We closed on the REFI yesterday so feel good about that the money we save will go directly into our IRA and Money Market accounts.
Keep on trucking and making the most of life. (((HUGS)))

Thank you for your information on what to eat to lower my AC 1.
I eat mainly veggies and 0% yogurt and cottage cheese I eat very little meat
    maybe once every two weeks.
I do eat oatmeal good for cholesterol and has the fiber along with the veggie fiber.
I eat apples with skin and berries once in a while an orange.
I have a boring diet and really only eat when hungry.
