I just noticed that you asked for the Avocado Chocolate Mousse recipe. The recipe is quite flexible, depending on how many calories you have to spare and how much of the ingredients you use. I like to have a nice big indulgent serving and consider it a whole meal (since most of my meals are 300-500 calories).
Meal-sized serving:
Half avocado 1/3 cup frozen strawberries Chocolate whey protein (1 scoop = 200calories, 30g protein) 1/2 cup 2% milk (or other liquid like soymilk) (approximate amount: add liquid as needed to get desired consistency) Cocoa powder, 1 tbsp (I like "Hershey's Special Dark dutch-processed cocoa") Packet of stevia or other 0 calorie sweetener, if desired Dash of cinnamon, nutmeg, or vanilla (to taste; I just used cinnamon this time)
