I have been doing great so far! I have lost probably a few pounds and am down to a size 10 from a 12 in shorts and jeans. I am going to the gym and moving a lot at home on FIttv. My diet has been much better. Portion control is a must for me!

Well here I am again. Motivated to get back into a gym and get back into shape. Not only for health reasons but for mental reasons as well. I have depression and anxiety issues that have been rearing their ugly head these past few months. With everything stressful going on in my life, I do have a lot of wonderful blessings! My dear husband and I will be married for 6 years this April 23rd and our daughter Elaina is doing great and is as beautiful as ever!
My goals this Spring and Summer are to enjoy taking classes at my local gym and have fun making new friends and working out. Now that Elaina is almost 4 and i potty trained, I can spend the time I need for myself to get back to the body I once knew and loved. Please join me with any support and motivation techniques that you have benefitted from!

It;s been so long since I have logged onto my spark page..I am so mortified with my weight right now. I have managed to gain back all of the weight I tried to lose. I am currently 163 again and in need of a huge fitness and diet makeover. I need any support anyone can offer.. I am a stay at home mom with a 2 year old daughter, and I am not a runner. I enjoy walking, and pilates at home. I can't afford a gym membership so I have to rely to what ever I can find on fit tv or just walking as much as possible to burn those calories! I have a huge emotional eating problem, If anyone out there sounds like me and has any support to give, please feel free to comment or send me an email!
Wish me luck, I am starting all over again and I need inspiration!
January 7th
It's been one week since I rejoine the sparkpeope website. I have been doing very well with keepin track of my food and fitness so far! I can't wait to continue doing my best and working hard to include more exercises into my daily routine. For execising I have been enjoying my 20 minute walks on my break at work.
I will be weighing in Sunday to see how my progress has gone!

Well, my date for reaching my target weight goal has come and past. I had a date set for November 18th, 2008 to lose 22 pounds. I was doing great in the beginning. I joined a gym and was journaling everything I was eating. Then everything just started to stop...again.
I over ate and ate all the sweets I passed by in the kitchen for the holidays and now I am back to my dreaded weight of 158.
Now it's time to turn it around! I am getting back on this site every day to track my eating and exercising. I am looking into joining a class to do some yoga or something. I'm still looking for a class that will fit my schedule.
I work full time and I have a 2 year old daughter, so I am a very busy Mom. But even though I am busy, I know I can get back into shape. Please post any helpful encouraging comments if you happen to come across my page. I can use all the encouragement I can get!

My Goals:
I have a goal to drink 8 glasses of water every day, oand walk around my neighborhood 3 times a week.


My Program:
I am working towards my goal to lose 20 lbs. by November 22, 2008. I am sticking to a 1200-1300 calories a day diet, and I'm drinking 8 glasses of water a day.



Personal Information:
Born in Flint, MIchigan. Moved to Florida in 1977. Lived in Holiday FL most of my life. Currently reside in Spring Hill FL.


Other Information:
My current hobbies are to further educate myself on how to stay healthy. I'm an avid crafter and painter. I love to take my daughter shopping with me. I'm saving money for my braces.
