Hey, thanks for stopping by! I’m Becca.

I started my journey here on April 2, 2010.
5 ft.,138 lbs, 26% bmi, 10-12 jeans
Its now mid August 2010
5 ft (Just can’t seem to change this, lol)
121 lbs, 23 bmi, 6 jeans.

I was a non believer that at 50 I could change the way I look.
I was wrong!
I have not only changed the way I look but the way I feel about myself, carry myself, cook eat and workout.
I still have about 5-10lbs of fat to lose.
I have been weight training and it has been the best transformation anyone could ask for. I have much more I would like to achieve in this area.
The wealth of information & support here is unbelievable.
If you need support or have questions just ask and you will get many answers.
Make no mistake you have to do the work but it can be done at any age.

Last but not least, I'm HORRENDOUS when it comes to spelling and grammar errors. I'll end up driving some of you nuts. I'm apologizing in advance. SORRY!
