I will do 200-300 weekly fitness minutes.

Eat 5 Servings Freggies Daily
I will achieve this by eating Fruit or Veggies with each meal or drinking a Large Fruit Smoothie at the end of the night if I didn't get it in with my Meals.
Another Option - Vegan Dinner. (Gonna Find Some Veggie Recipes)

"RESULTS NOT TYPICAL" My Journey to After !
Ever read the the article and photo captions of persons who have lost lots of weight. But along with the wonderful success stories, no matter what the diet product or plan, there is always the disclaimer "Results not typical" Well that's the future me.

My weight loss has not been fast nor easy! Diet books, videos, and dvds weigh down the shelves on my floor to ceiling bookcase. But this time, I'm using them. My journey to a healthier, happier me is gonna take hard work and consistent effort.

9/28/09- Want to know what you get for not journaling properly? Yesterday I could not figure out why I was maintaining and not losing after exercising and eating what I thought was perfectly.. I realized I was eating too many calories. I thought my range was 1500-1800, its 1200-1550. OMG After weeks of eating the wrong. Thank goodness I never give up(I'm Persistent if nothing else, I just wanted to know why I wasn't losing. So I started Sparkpeople recommendation and data entry(weight,etc) over and that's what I found out. I'm Still in shock. So many wasted weeks. I did this all summer yall. Never gained or lost a pound. I was one of those people who like to journal in my head, never again. LOL.
