September 7, 2011 - 183.5 pounds

I will be 32 in 20 days! I am making the commitment to make the best choices I can make for my health for the next 20 days. I will turn 32 with a healthy mindset. :-)
I'm not striving for perfection.....just progress.

I reset all of my goals on spark. I am starting over in Fast Break, and I actually will DO everything the plan says to do this time. I'm reading the Spark book as well. I am about to start the next cycle in the Supreme90 program, and I did not see the progress I wanted in the first 30 days, because my eating was still all over the place. And because I skipped workouts. The 30 day program took me closer to 40 days to complete. The next 30 days will be better.
I will STOP drinking soda!
I will stop skipping workouts!
I will make healthier choices!

It's time to start fresh!

I've been a member of Spark for over three years now. My weight has gone up and down.....and so has my life. I've been through a lot in the past year, and I am trying to better myself as a person. I know I will feel better once I hit a healthy that's one of my steps.

I've been a member of the BLC club ever since I joined spark.....I love my ladies from the Purple team. They've helped me so much over the years.

My Goals:

~Get back in to Onderland!

~Get (back) into a size 12

~Lose 50 Pounds (again!)

~Get out of the Obese Category - 163 pounds

~Lose 75 pounds

~Get into a size 8! That's what size I was in junior high!

~Get out of the Overweight category -135 pounds

My Program:
I am currently doing a program called Supreme 90 Day. (It's supposedly similar to P90X). It has built in rest days, and I follow the schedule laid out by the program. I do a DVD every morning and then I try to do something every afternoon....either walking or elliptical.

Personal Information:
I live in hot, sunny Tucson, Arizona. Moved here 13 years ago and I love it - until it gets to 115 degrees, then not so much! :-)

I've been married for almost 14 years.

Hubby and I have 3 sons. Jesse is 13, Alex is 9, and Ryne is 5.

I just earned my Bachelor's degree and am in the process of a complete career change.
I start teaching 2nd grade in August.

I also do taxes for H&R Block from January-April every year.

Other Information:
I love to read. My favorite books are the Harry Potter series and the Twilight series, and anything by Iris Johansen. I love to scrapbook and could spend days doing nothing else.
