I am revamping my page...

I guess in a way I have the same story as most, been big for a while and that needs to change.

...Only thing is, I never used to be this way, I used to be fit and silm, but a negative attitude and no motivation in my final year of school made all that disapear.

So since then I've been on a mission to change, however its only recently I got the real motivation I needed...

Motivations to loose:
*Final year of university - graduation coming up, job applications
*Turning 21 in the summer - want to feel 21 and look it!
*Best friends wedding - Im a bridesmaid and the biggest one out of all of us (at the moment)

My first goal is 140. Ideally I'd like to get back to 125 which was my weight before I lost sight of myself, but I can see how things are at 140 before I aim for that.

After all, I am not a number on the scales, and I know that doesn't matter, but I do know it gives some indication of where things are heading, so lets see where this is going!

My main issue to overcome is a tendancy to binge. Put lightly I can not do moderation. period.

However, I am on the long road to change that, after all, the greatest journey begins with the first step... well this is my first step and I'm about to take another step forward, not back, not to the side, but forward because thats where I'll see the change I want to be!
