The old me (see below circa 2015-2017– that I am trying to bring back to the forever me. I let lack of time and a second part time job derail my efforts. I had lost 45 lbs, and gained it back plus some extra. Seeking knowledge support and guidance to get back to this state of being: I love to work hard and have fun! I am competitive and I enjoy being the best me everyday. Each day I feel myself getting stronger from eating better and working out. Strong - Mind, Body and Soul--the Ultimate Trifecta.

My Goals:
My goal is to consistently eat healthy and lose approximately 2lbs each week, until I reach my first goal of losing at least 100 lbs so that I can have a healthy pregnancy and life


My Program:
About to Continue where I left off: I stopped eating so much CRAP food, ie fast food, and began watching my portions. I cook nearly every night using fresh or frozen veggies, fruit and limited my meat intake, especially red meat. Additionally, I resumed eating fish such as tuna and salmon which I have not eaten either nor bony fish in over a decade. I only drink water or wine, usually water and lots of it. I changed to be an early riser before 5am without drinking coffee which I used to love and need coffee and more sleep. I go workout for usually 45mins to an hour 6 days a week. Wednesdays are my rest days. I spend a TON of money on food because eating healthy is expensive, but I know that I am worth it! I worked on creating a lifestyle change and committing to it, before I began purchased a gym membership at Planet Fitness. Because to me eating healthy, without moving is like having an expensive car with no gas. So far so good 25lbs down (as of 5/27/15) and still going STRONG!!
