I am doing this for ME! It has been difficult to lose weight but I'm not giving up. I need to eat healthy and exercise often even if my scale isn't moving.

My Goals:
I would like to buy clothes that I like and feel I look good in, instead of just what fits.
I would like to loose 100 pounds, at least, but would be gratefull to get back in the 100's again! I started at 231 pounds July 2015.
My Program:
Walking at least 30 minutes 5 days a week, HIIT 2-3x's per week (when I can). Stationary bike, strength training, yoga and Tai Chi regularly. Low to no added sugar, Intermittent fasting at least 14 hours a day. Drink lots of water.
