Ok Barb you need help and we are all here for that reason, first of all you and only YOU are in control of your mindset so start there. The scale is not your only guide to success here. You need to see changes and they will come one at a time you are on the right track so keep up the good work you have started. This journey will take some time and doing the right things everyday will get you those results sometimes it just takes some time to see some of them. Try adding something more, maybe alittle extra water or movement to your day. Then keeping smaller goals insight will also help you feel like you are doing the right things, maybe it's not 10pounds gone just five and then maybe just to be cutting something out you normally eat. We have all been there from time to time discouraged beyond belief and then POOF it happens that loss shows up. Let us encourage you!!! Stay the course with us it will happen. Cheryl

I am just trying to stay motivated and it is so dang hard! I walked on the treadmill this morning and did a little strength training. It is just frustrating that I have to start all over again but I am finally sick and tired of being sick and tired.

Hey, Tina. I just saw your post. I am really starting to learn all that Sparkpages has to offer. I graduated from Midway College at 49! With a degree in Organizational Management. I went to see the ocean the first time at 46 and have been back one more time. There is nothing like it!
