    You are not alone on this journey. We do not stand in front or behind but beside each other. You can do this. Don't get down if you make a mistake but get back up and do it again and again until you get it right. It will happen. Maybe not today or even tomorrow but you will do it if you believe in yourself.     First off, congrats on quitting smoking and losing 22 lbs. Giving up smoking is really hard but so worth it.

    Sound like you are a busy woman - congratulations on stopping smoking and on the weight loss - you are for sure on the right road

    Consider going to your Sparkpage and put a bit about your journey on it - that way when we come to say hi we can read how you are doing

    Also remember to participate as often as possible on all the groups you have joined as that is where you will be encouraged and motivated
