Sparks and friends on sparks have really been helping me with my motivation to keep going. I truly thank you for that.
I am only 4'9", so if I gain anything it really shows.
I drink 8 glasses of water or more every day. I do weights twice a week and walk or do cardio everday.
I now journal everything I eat which is also helping. I am on a roll on losing weight, half way there already.
A big Thank-You to Sparks. What a difference you;re making to my life. The people are fantastic at giving advise too. I intend on keeping motivated and sticking to this program I am on.
As my father use to say: (Its all in your head, if you think you can do it, then you will, If you dont then you wont) Thank-You dad.

My Goals:
My first goal is to stay positive and I would absolutely love
to lose weight and feel better,sleep better, and have more energy.
Staying motivated and just keep moving every chance that I have.

My Program:
I am journaling everything that gets put in my mouth. Im in a group called TOPS(Take Off Pounds Sensibly).
I am also doing Weight Loss Challenges.
I am exercising everyday,and this is helping me to lose the weight, stay motivated, & finding that my energy is going through the roof..
