    HI Barb!! I am so horrible about looking at my page!! AWFUL that is!!

    Maryanngi had told me about Youtube and the Honest Guys, here's the link to the one I listened to which helped me to fall asleep. At first it'd take me the almost 20 mins of the video (I played it on my phone, with my phone screen off so I just heard

    I had such a HARD TIME Falling asleep!! For EONS of years, back to as young as I remember (4). It took me 6 months, but thru those 6 months I started to sleep earlier than the 20 mins. Finally I could just the breathing part of the breathe in, hold, blow out slowly and now I am OUT in less than 30 seconds on most nights. On the nights my heart is pounding and my mind is WHIRLING So fast it could supply the city of Portland (Maine 63,000 population) with FREE energy for YEARS,,,, doing the breathing 95% of the time, I am asleep in 60 seconds.

    Just be patient. It'll take time, but it does work. MaryAnn still uses this technique which is how I came to know of it, and it works for her most nights too.

    HI Barb!! I did answer the question of the day around sleep. It's easier now for me thanks to Maryanngi (Spark member) and maybe it'll help?

    There's so much info out there, but I found the basic info about sleep hygiene did help though at first I DID POO POO it!! I thought it was foolish in part, but eventually I had nothing to lose than sleep, so I started to put even the foolish things into play. I am now 25 times of the month asleep in 30 seconds. WHo would of THOUGHT!! Sleep has been so hard for me, as far as back as I can remember and that's to age 4 on sleep!
