Tonnia's Journey
I joined Sparkpeople In January of 2011. I visited the site many times a day and was really active for several months.
I made HUGE progress! I lost 50 pounds (even though I never actually made my weight loss gal), ran in a few 5K's, dropped several clothing sizes, and learned a lot about myself and what I am capable of.
As a matter of fact,I expanded my horizons so much that regular participation here went by the wayside in favor of other "non-computer based" ...

I made HUGE progress! I lost 50 pounds (even though I never actually made my weight loss gal), ran in a few 5K's, dropped several clothing sizes, and learned a lot about myself and what I am capable of.
As a matter of fact,I expanded my horizons so much that regular participation here went by the wayside in favor of other "non-computer based" activities. In some ways, I graduated.
The habits and methods I learned here have served me well. I am STILL so much healthier than I was before I started.
BUT... it is time for a refresher course! I have been gradually losing my "Spark". I have gained back a few pounds, haven't been getting in my fitness activity .
It is time to get back to basics in nutrition, and find the FUN and incentive for the regular fitness routine.

* Lose another 30 pounds.- The 12 or so that I have gained back over the last few months and then get to my original goal

* Progression of my fitness routine... so far it still isn't routine
