To be healthy and happy. I want to sparkle from the inside out!!

My Program:
 I'M EATING BETWEEN 1200-1400 CALORIES PER DAY. I DRINK 12-16 GLASSES OF WATER DAILY. STRENGTH TRAINING EVERY OTHER DAY AND STATIONARY BIKE MIN 2 HOUR PER DAY MODERATE.
