I'm hoping that everything will work out. My biggest problem is i work swift work.. nights and days.. so I gotta figure out a schedual for my busy life.     Hi Teresa-

    You will get the hang of using Sparkpeople! I have been using it for a while now and I feel it helps me out alot. I am only 22 and I am not overweight but I have to say that this helps me in looking at what is good for me to eat and it motivates me to exercise. It also helps to have a partner in this all the way. I have my main support at work which helps since i spend most of my time at work....just remember that you may have some set backs but dont let that bring you down and dont put exercise off till tomorrow when you can do it today but you know you wont do it tomorrow if you wouldnt do it today......just have faith in yourself and that is all that counts!! good luck on everything!!
