Answering your question about how to get in steps from my post in the community feed...I walk every chance I get. I get a 15 min break in the morning and afternoon and try to always make that a walk. Same with my lunch break. Even a 10 min walk 3 times a day can add up to more steps. I park farther away in parking lots and in the evening I walk around a few blocks in my neighborhood. If the weather is really bad, I step in place at home in the evenings for a while. It adds up and you start getting use to moving your body more.
If 10,000 steps is too high of a goal, set one for 5,000 steps then move it up 1,000 steps a day every week until you get to 10,000.
