Trying to get healthy to have better sugar levels


Just got diagnosed with mild diabetes which is definitely a hereditary issues on top of not watching what I eat. So from here out I am going to give this thing my best foot forward and start exercising and watch my portion control.(Update) I have now been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes and taking medication twice a day. This is definitely a life change for me that I will continually work on.(Update) My type2 diabetes is under control, because of the weight lost!! I still take two pills a day, ...

My most important goal right now is to make my food portions smaller than they were, which sometimes for me is difficult.

Second goal is to start exercising at least 3X a week.

 Walking, treadmill and using fitness dvds 3 - 5 days a week.
