I'm happily married and unhappily overweight. I'm a type 2 Diabetic since 2011. I procrastinate and postpone and it shows. In 2017, my cardiologist asked me to challenge myself and lose 25 pounds by my next appointment. (I go yearly.) 25 pounds in a year is very doable unless you're a procrastinator. My 2018 appointment was September 28th. Did I lose 25 pounds? Nope, I GAINED 5.I was disappointed in myself, so I am back once again among my brethren with similar issues. Good luck to us all!

Hi again. Thanks for your suggestion about the stationery bike. I have been working out at home and have been avoiding the gym. I would have to go to the gym to use the bike. Ugh! Anyway, good luck on your journey and remember.... don't look back... full speed ahead. emoticon
