    Hello!! You asked about the Fit for the Holidays challenge I posted about. Any activity will do. Your DVD workouts and anything else you do are fine. This is just to be fun motivation to get us moving. Within the challenge, you get one SparkPoint for every 5 minutes of exercise you track. I set the points goal to 10, meaning that we aim for 50 minutes of exercise per day. That exercise can be anything you choose – whatever YOU are able to do. If you don't make the 50 minutes, that's ok. This is about building up and getting support from friends too. Hope that helps! emoticon Karen
