Thanks for stopping by my blog. I think I'm the opposite...I do much better in the summer because it's a little easier to keep me and my health on the priority list.

LOL - I better clarify what I meant by 15 seconds per week. That wasn't min/mile. 25 years ago when I first tried to run, I pooped out after 30 SECONDS of running although walking wasn't a problem. So my intervals were 30 sec run/4:30 walk and repeat 6 times. The following week I did 45 sec run/4:15 walk etc. I followed this plan for 6 months and my first 5K was 30:51. I included that history in my blog to show how patient I am. 2808 days ago
