I'm 41 years old and I want to get some or all the weight before any severe health problems set in.

I live at home with my dad who had a quadupal bypass surgery and a bypass done on an aneurysm who made it out fine on January 8, 2009. First time he's had open heart surgery since October 24, 1996 and November 9, 1996. He's doing fine as of the day he had his surgery but not sure on how he is afterwards. Now my dad has passed away on January 6, 2019 at the age of 82 years old.

I have 2 brothers who live out of state. One in Minnesota and one in Ohio.

My mom passed away October 14, 2006 at the age of 55. She suffered 2 strokes and the first one at age 40 in 1991. I jsut don't want to end up like her. Over weight and a lot of health problems and I don't want the health problems like my dad does either.

I live in a small town in Illinois called Avon. If any of you want to know where that is, we're an hour west of Peoria or between 3 to 4 hours south of Chicago. We're about half way between Peoria and the Mississippi River. We only have about 900 people in our town (more or less).

My Goals:
To lose weight to become healthy and to live longer so I can live to have children and to see my nieces and nephews grow up.


My Program:
I am allowed anywhere between 1600 to 1950 calories a day and workout 3 times a week.



Personal Information:
I'm Renee Singleton. I'm 41 years old and I live at home with my dad. My mom passed away back in October 2006. I'm from Avon, IL. My dad passed away on January 6, 2019.

I love reading books by James Patterson, Mary Higgins Clark, Carol Higgins Clark, Diane Mott Davidson, Iris Johansen.
