    You have to find something that works for you long-term so that you can stay motivated and desiring it. If you are fizzling out after just a few weeks, perhaps your routine is a little bit too extreme? Just a thought. I used to lose interest after a few weeks, too until I found a plan that I REALLY liked and enjoyed (Eat Clean Diet). It became more about a LIFE CHANGE than a diet for me. Losing weight is a nice side benefit, but my main focus is on better health. Another thing that helped motivate me on my journey was watching videos about some of the terrible foods that I constantly fed my body (Super Size Me, Food, Inc., Food Matters, etc.). Once I SAW what toxic stuff I was doing to myself, it helped me stop desiring it. Just some ideas...I'm pulling for you, my friend! Hang in there...
