I am 30years old and I am almost 300lbs again and I have decided it is time to finally time to step up take responsibility for the mess I've made of my life and my body. Its time to start loving me enough to take care of myself. I have been big most of my life because I just didn't care food was my comfort my get away but its time to change all that I have 4 beautiful kids who need a healthy role model so they follow in the same self destructing footsteps as their parents I have to practice what I preach how can I teach them to live a healthy happy productive life If I cant even live one myself.

Fitness Minutes: 140

My Goals:
I would like to get healthy be able to walk down the street without running out of breath to play ball with my kids and to be able to cross my legs.
My ultimate goal would be to loose a total of 100lbs but I'm try baby steps and go for working out 5 times a week cut back portion sizes and loose 2-5lbs a month if I can.


My Program:
I am going to do some sort of work out 5 times a week and walk 30minutes to 1 hour everyday no more 2nd limit my sweets by a lot and no mindless snacking.
I think cardio will be key for me at this size not obsessing on building a whole lot of muscle right at this moment but still focusing on toning as I loose so it wont be a whole lot of loose skin

I am from San Antonio Texas but I have lived in Oklahoma for the last 9 years I am currently in Tulsa OK and attending Tulsa Tech to become a certified CNC machinist


Other Information:
my favorite quote of all time is "Be the change you want to see in the world" Gandhi its so amazing to me how 1 little change 1 little thing 1 little act of kindness can change and mean so much to this world

    Congrats on taking the first step into changing your life to a more healthier one by joining the site. Spark is filled with amazing people that will motivate, support and encourage you on your journey. There is so much to learn and discover here, take this one day at a time. A couple of things I would like to suggestion to make you Spark experience a great one.

    1. Make goals for yourself. Each month I make a list of what I want to accomplish that month and break them down to smaller goals to work with week by week. This way the BIG picture doesn't seem so big.

    2. Join Spark teams. There are tons of teams here and you will be able to find ones that fit to what you like or want in a team.

    The key to success here is to be active and you've already started by joining. You will find that everyone is willing to help you out if you need it.
