    Wooo HOOO for taking the first steps to a healthy life style. I am proud of you even at my heaviest there is no way I could stay on a treadmil for a hour. I could barley walk and I was 298 pounds. You can do this one step at a time. You have aready proved that you are stronger than you think you are.

    Thanks H2OPUP! My husband is also making this lifestyle change, but I can always use more support! That is why I joined this site. A friend of mine told me about it and so far I love it!     Hi, Just wanted to let you know that you are not alone..There are alot of us that have been "a work in progress". You need to be proud that you have taken this new step and I know that you will find alot of help here. Are you doing this alone??? If you are and need a buddy, let me know...I am in the middle of my third week, I am staying off the scales until the end of week 4 on 03/09, cause I use to weigh myself on previous tries and would give up. Make sure you take your measurements. I can tell I am losing by the way my cloths feel. So keep on this road to a healthier life. Best of Luck...Let me know how you are doing.
