    I did well last week, exercised 4 times (walked 2.5 half miles each), and tracked food for 4 days. This weeks goal = exercise 3 -5 times this week, track food for at least 5 days (tracking seems to be my nemesis).

    Let's work together for accountability to keep each motivated! I'm thinking if we check in with each other a couple of times a week to see how we are doing? My goal is to exercise 3-5 times a week and to start tracking my food. I'm trying to start off with the basics, and then build up from there!

    My choices at the get-together yesterday were better than my choices @ home - how ironic, eh? (The crowd was vegetarian/vegan - while I'm not one myself, I have no objection to occasional meatless fare - I keep an open mind on that!)
