Looking not only to lose some weight, but deal with some anxiety and depression issues to build a healthier life style.

Lose 50 pounds by Jan 1 2014.

Exercising 10 minutes 5/7 days each week.

Get a full time day job by my 33 birthday

Personal Information:
Raised on a family farm in SD. Moved to TN after college to find out what a different part of the world had to offer. I am now ready to settle down in this part of the country and make improvements for me.

Other Information:
 I am a registered nurse in the state of TN. Experienced in adult health, I am taking steps to go to graduate school and earn a NPD-psychiatric & mental health nursing & PhD-nursing education/research.
