Introduction Text Hi, my name is Kitty or Kit. I'm just over 5 foot tall, and way too short for the weight I am trying to carry around with me. I was the Mom who gained a couple of pounds a year. After 30 years of marriage and 5 kids, I weighed 70lbs more than I did when I got married. It's time to turn that around! Now it's time to lose the weight so my body can keep up with all I have planned.

My goals for 2013 are to lose a total of 62 pounds to get to my goal weight. I've lost 14 so far (yay!), so I'm on my way!

My program is fairly simple. I am trying to eat better, move more, sleep more and keep a good attitude. Things may not always be perfect, but they are not supposed to be, and I can live with that. :)
