Introduction Text Hi my name is Sara. I am a thirty year old single mom with 3 children. My fiancé is currently gone (no details needed). I have many goals and I am trying to stay motivated to achieve them. One major thing I need help on is not turning to food for comfort. However food is always there. I get happy thinking of value menus. But when all is said and done I am not happy. I feel tired. I love my kids. They are the reason I want to lose weight. I would like to weigh 150 lbs like I did 6 years ago. My background picture illustrates a goal I have of one day wearing sexy heels without fear of tripping or breaking the heel. I'm trying to stay away from fast food, sugar, you know the foods that are not the best choices. - I plan to drink an herbalife shake a day and I plan working out 3-4 times a week. Zumba for Wii, walking...And a little strength training here and there.
