My Goals:
My Goals are to lose 50 pounds, drink all my water, exercise daily and start feeling good about myself.

My Program:
 I am trying to cut the bad carbs out of my eating.


Personal Information:
I am married to an amazing man who supports me with anything I do. 2 Children, A son, 33, and a daughter, 18. I have 2 beautiful granddaughters and a cutie of a grandson.I Love coffee, reading cozy mysteries, watching the NFL, kayaking and working in the yard.

    Good evening April! Hope all is going well! I have been thinking of my "besties, my SPFriends, and frankly, I consider you as a true friend!!!

    So far, we have been packing like crazy, most every room has been "attacked" LOL!!! Today, I was able to call all our utilities, vendors, and say ..."Bye, Bye!" And terminate all services, get the final "readings" electric, fuel, etc. so that we can close on THIS House 6/10, even though we will already be on the road, driving west! We called our attorney, and set up an appointment to go over everything, this coming Wednesday, 6/3 @3.00pm. The 8th, the movers come, and like I said before, we plan on basically driving out as soon as they are done and leave here. We will lock up, and head out.

    Being on the road from 6/8, 6/9, and hoping to be in Arkansas on 6/10. We will also, be closing on the NEW House on that same day! Phew!!!!! But I promise, once we are settled in, paperwork done, and we can stop to take some photos, I will gladly send them to you. I will probably do a "short" BLOG and say we Moved!!!!! But the photos....I will let you see, unless I can only add them to my page, not sure how that would work, but you will be first to know!

    Well, pretty lady, I best be going, got to get dinner in, put the feet up, and rest whenever we can. Gotta stay as healthy as possible!!!!
