Here I am, back on SP. I must say, the support from this community is AH-MAZING. I am 27, always been overweight, and I am just tired of making excuses for myself. So I am re-committing to SP and blogging almost daily to hold myself accountable. I am single, no children except a spoiled dog. I work nights as an RN on a busy orthopedic floor and I admit, eating clean is a huge struggle for me. I am not big on the number on the scale, but I believe in being healthy for me, and this, I know will make the number drop.

My focus for now is going to be consistently putting in the physical work as this is easiest for me (I love working out). Once I get this down, I will add other things into my focus. I am always looking for new friends/buddies so don't be afraid to say hi!

My Program:
Consistent exercise and being active on SP...the support is much needed. I will be working on 10 lbs at a time, the big picture is too overwhelming. Once I am on track with working out regularly, I will begin to incorporate food tracking. Trying to do everything at once is too much and I feel as though I would be setting myself up for failure so I am keeping expectations at a minimum for now. Hoping to get in shape enough to join the Navy as a nurse/officer.
