    I really relate to your May 21st blog! I am beginning MF since I too need that precise structure when I get OUT of control with my eating! I am also transitioning out of a vegan diet, where My husband and I ate vegan for months due to his high cholesterol. He still adheres to a mainly animal-less diet, but for me, I have so many food allergies to things that make eating vegan important (beans, vital wheat gluten, yeast and yeast extract) that I was getting hives trying to be a Vegan! Plus, in order to get the amt. of protein I need, I had to consume too many carbs/calories just to get in the right number of protein grams daily. Wasn't good for me.

    I am also suffering a ruptured disc, cannot exercise at the moment, and like you, will have to focus on ONE thing at a time. Food and nutrition for now. It's good to hear MF is working for you!
