Last Ditch Effort


I am here because I really need some support to do this. I am almost 60 and I feel like time is running out. My numbers are coming down but I am on a lot of meds to do that for me, like B/P meds, chol. med, etc. I want to get to the point of taking fewer or no pills, and do this on my own. I want to take responsibility for how I feel and look (to myself). I've learned a ton of stuff from Dr. Oz and am applying his info already to my daily regimen. I feel encouraged right now. My partner is very ...
