I am 54, Wife, Mother of 4 humans and 1 furbaby and Grandmother of 4 humans and 2 furbabies. I have lost 70 lbs and took a break however life has a way of jumping up and biting you sometimes. I am a stress eater and the last year has been stressful to say the least. counting calories were thrown to the wayside, my fitbit was put in a drawer and going to the gym? well I do not remember the last time I had time to do that. My Mother has been showing signs of what now I know is dementia for many years but it got extremely bad in the last year and after numerous requests to her family dr to check her for something because it is not right and he said she seemed fine to him mom was diagnosed after suffering a 3rd stroke last may. It progressed rather fast and with a heavy heart she has had to be placed in a long term facility however I keep a very close eye on her so I am still her caregiver. then in August the love of my life and one of my greatest blessings (My husband) got in a horrible car accident which left him with a broken leg and 2 broken ankles, head injury and 6 broken ribs. he is just now able to get to rehab. He is learning to stand and walk again however most of the day is spent in the wheel chair so I am his caregiver as well. When it rains it pours and it wasn't until now that I have found the time to make time for myself and my health. now time to go and weigh myself. sort of afraid to see what the scales says since I have not been paying too much attention to myself

Fit back into jr size clothes - Not there yet

my program will consist of eating right and exercise. I use a fitbit to track my steps.
