Introduction Text The past 3-4 years have been filled with health issues I could not control. Cancer, benign tumor, injury, miscarriage. I am left with a body that feels foreign in many ways. So I am here to try new things and figure out what works for me in an effort to feel well and hopefully prevent certain diseases that are now more likely due to cancer treatment.

Just keep at it. If I have a bad day, week or month, year just get up and go again. Don't get rigid. Change as I need to to remain motivated and confident.

work at changing each bad habit to a good habit, one at a time. specific focuses: 1-to sit and eat. not grazing constantly throughout the day. 2-eat slowly 3-focus on and enjoy my food 4-pay attention to my body-hunger and fullness and cravings 5-keep in calorie range that i've set for myself 6-take at least a short walk 5 days a week
