Wow.... I was really doing this and doing it good !
On April 14, 2018 I decided to give myself a year to change.
Instead of going on a diet I decided to make a lifestyle change.
And it was is working great.

When I started I could only walk 10-15 min before cramping up. But with some help from a chiropractor I got to the point of walking 10K on my 1 year Anniversary!

But late spring outside circumstances created emotional stress in my life and I stopped focusing on me....on top of that a trochanteric bursitis stopped my walks and this combo led to a 15 lbs weight gain over the summer!
My hip still is not ok but today, September 15 2019, I’m starting over with major focus on my Food!

I am truly a work in progress and while I am keeping my eye on the final goal, I will take it One day at a time, and make sure I celebrate every lbs lost and focus even more on non scale victories

Went over 200 in July so back at it

We have 8 weeks of virtual travels around the world as well as weekly step challenges

10 week challenges, one physical and one nutritional per week
Next round is September 4- November 13

The BLC 41 team
12 week challenge
Next round is September 4- November 27

To get ready for these I will review and update my SMART goals
Specific - My goal is to lose 12 -15 lbs and get stronger and tone my body
Measurable- track my food, stay within range. Track my fitness minutes and my ST minutes
Attainable- I’ve been diagnosed with trochanteric bursitis and riding a bike 10 min is limit on cardio right now, no walking. I will schedule at least 3 gym days a Week and work my way up to 5 days by the end.



Personal Information:
Born and raised in Sweden, but Spent most of my adult life in the states, Newport News VA.

I work in retail mgmt and deal with people all day, I do love my job, but when I’m off I’m perfectly happy to spend it by myself or with my daughter..... Also have 2 cats that I spoil.
