    Thanks for the chuckle. Yes - tired is part of retired. And thanks for the bloglove. Of course - it's fun to have time to get fit and healthy when you're retired - more like pampering than, ya know, grueling exercise routines and scrabbling around for healthy food on a 20 minute lunch hour.
