My Goals:
I want to actively lose weight this year. I've stopped drinking soda. I still need to find that exercise I love that will help me keep my weight at normal instead of being overweight.
My Program:
I wear my pedometer daily. I have hand weights. Incorporating all the tools I have at home is my biggest struggle. I want to lose 3 lbs a month to be steady and consistent. I am stuck at 157-160 until I actively make exercise my routine. Slow and steady, that's my motto for now.
Personal Information:
I live in southern OR.

for stopping by and commenting on my blog. I am a night owl so exercising late works really well for me. I just don't always do it in the dark. (Except in the winter when the sun goes down at like 6pm)
