I work at a desk job. Thankfully, I have a little more freedom. I have a space where I can do steps at least once an hour. I try to get in 500 - 1,000 steps an hour. This gets me to my 10,000 steps a day, sometimes more. 822 days ago
Once you take the first step of a workout, the rest just seems to fly by. The first step can even be easy. Begin with a walking program to build endurance, then move to jogging and running. Just keep moving and make healthy choices on this fit Monday!
