I got started on it before, but didn't really get anywhere with it. #ThisTimeIsReal I'm proud of myself!!! First time ever, I'm counting my salaries, keeping track and everything. I've done really well so far today. I've never done so well, not without being sick or something. However, I don't see how you can get 10000 steps a day, when I'm barely at 2100. Also, how do you drink 8 glasses a day, when you don't have a filter and you're pretty much out of bottle water? I'm doing 2x/day workouts; changing my eating habits; drinking water, in place of sodas; quitting smoking 🚬; and getting rid of the sugars, other than the sodas.
