    Hi Andrea, I was reading your posts about your problems with emotional eating.

    I have struggled with that for years and one day I decided to visit mental health about it to get to the core issue, once I did and I was able to resolvee the issue I did allot better with the emotional eating part, however I really like junk food and that is my problem now, I eat healthy all day but I just love the taste of junk food.

    I have tried limiting myself to no more than 4 times a week for junk food, and try to keep it low fat and calories, like skinny cow chocolate covered strawberry yogurt. with just 90 calories.

    I have to make my eating plan something I can live with for the rest of my life, but I am confident that as I continue to eat more vegetables and fruit that my body will naturally start craving these kinds of food more and more, that is the theory I often hear anyways on this.

    There is also a good book out I will have to go find it to give you the title and it helps you to work through your emotional eating, it is the best book I have ever read and worked through on the subject, so I will try to find it and get back to you on that.

    In the mean time, kick ass girl emoticon
