I'm 52 years old and trying to lose the last 30 pounds to reach my goal weight of 150.
I started out as just a walker but over the last few years I have morphed into a runner and now I run as much as my hips will allow.
I've come to enjoy the outdoors and love being outside as much as possible whether its to run or go hiking which has become a passion of mine over the last few years.

2. Hike as much as possible in 2020
3. Run 4-5 times a week at least 3-4 miles each time
4. Reach 10,000 steps every day
5. Incorporate strength training at least 2 times a week with at least one day in a class setting

Follow Weight Watchers
Tracking my food consumption on SparkPeople and Weight Watchers
Eat only between the hours of 8am - 6pm (adjust as necessary as long as there is at least 12-13 hours between my last meal and my next meal
