This isn't the first time that I've begun this journey,but I'm ready to keep trying and move forward.

I'm here to remember what it was like to work on my health and fitness.
I'm here to remember the joy I felt at making progress and seeing results.

My Goals:
My focus for goals is to track weight and measurements. I will have other lifestyle changes and goals to better myself, but that will be too many to post here on this page. I'll focus more on just accepting them as part of my life now.

Starting weight: 257.8
Highest weight: 264.4

My first goal: 224.4... 10-30-19
My second goal:208.2.... 1-1-20
My third goal:184.4... 4-1-20
My fourth goal: 165.9... 6-14-20
My fifth goal: 151.5... 8-9-20
My long term goal: 134.4... 10-30-20

My Program:
I think the basics are good.
30 minutes+ of exercise a day, 5 days a week minimum.
8+ glasses of water a day, 7 days a week.
10 minutes+ of meditation or me time a day, 7 days a week.
Sleep at least 6 hours a day.
Just eat healthy.
Keep my headspace positive and optimistic (and allow for days or moments to be less than ideal in these aspects)

Personal Information:
Single mother. Childcare worker. University Student.
Lover of music, good food, and art.
