    Hey Angie. As always good to hear you're doing so well. I'm confident you would have reached your goals on your own; Shellye is just a VERY good motivator. Imagine keeping up with a 17 year old. Wears me out emoticon . Things are very good in SC. I've been getting up 5:00/5:30, do a couple of chores, have coffee & then put in 30 min of cardio & 60 min. of ST. Do a couple more SExercises with the 5 min./day team that are usually posted well into my day. Still go to the pool Tues, Thur & Sat for water aerobics (3 days) & water yoga (2 days). Doubt I could do land workouts without the water relief. The weight is slowly coming off (my goal is 1#/wk but 2#'s wld be better). Eating healthy, loving life, meeting life's challenges as best I can. Trust you & yours are doing the same. Many blessings. emoticon Carol PS I've added a couple of pictures emoticon
