    I just viewed what you ate on the 1st. WOW, How did you make it thru the day with just that? I stayed within my limit but today.. girl..lordy, lordy I had 2 Cokes for breakfast. McDonalds for lunch "UGH" & 2 Tamales with rice & black beans, for dinner & 2 Countytime lemonades for a snack. Needless to say I am WAY over, but I will get right back on the horse tomorrow. Time to knuckle down for real. No more pop when this bottle is gone. emoticon
    The GOOD news is I have lost 3 pounds so far..lol
