I am trying to maintain some sense of decorum in a world in which I want to scream every minute right now. The medications I have been on seem to be interacting with each other in a way that leaves me suddenly at one of the heaviest weights I have ever been at. I am still working out and dieting but it seems thst these actions are having the opposite effect than what I am striving for.
My main area of dissapointment right now is my hips. They are at their largest, though all in all ...

My Goals:
My main goal is to lose 97 pounds. I also want to improve may ability to stay asleep, to concentrate, to excercise and to just be more active.
My Program:
I am watching what I eat, working out both at home and at the gym when I am able and swimming. I am now commiting to working out 3 days at the gym and doing cardio every other day.
Personal Information:
From Sacramento, I went to college in San Francisco, joined a gym, lost 70 pounds and got a BA. I'm back in Sac and the weight's back. In school again, but still need to lose the weight!
Other Information:
I love cats and other people's children. I say other people's children because I have none of my own as of yet.
