Fighting a battle with my weight that started when stationed in Athens- the food was so goooooooood!

Fitness Minutes: 53,602

My Goals:
Lose 20# more by this year Christmastime.
Ultimate goal lose 65-75 pounds more.
Get more protein in my diet, by eating more nuts and less dairy.
Drink more calorie free liquids, avoid Splenda at all costs!
Eat a plethora of freggies daily.
Walk another 5k with my family.

My Program:
 Walk, walk, walk outside, inside or on the elliptical.
Try getting closer to a Mediterranean diet.
Keep busy so i can't shovel food into my mouth all day long,

Pastor's wife (36 years). Mom of 2 beautiful daughters, 25 & 29. Adoptive mom to the whole youth group. Veteran USAF.
